The Electric Patio Caddie grill is perfectly sized for apt decks, terraces or small patios.  It comes in black and stainless steel.  It has a powerful 1650-watt electric grill with a 187-square-inch cooking surface. It is constructed with heavy-gauge porcelain-coated steel and even has a temperature gauge in the lid.  It has one of a kind, patented, exclusive Thermsulate technology which maintains heat up to 700 degrees F. The whole thing measures 20 by 20 by 42-1/2 inches.  Lastly it comes with a 5-foot grounded cord, temperature controller and thermostatic handles. Good friends of ours have one of these on their condo balcony and they swear by it.  As far as outdoor electric grills  go, we were very fond of the stainless steel version of this one and put it in our top 5.
